Returns Info

Due to the small family nature of our business, we are proud to say that we offer exceptional customer care and the customers happiness is at the heart of our service.

We will happily accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item returned is in its original and unused condition, with all tags still attached and with all original packaging.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Please therefore use adequate packaging to protect your package during transit.

Simply get in touch & notify of us that you are returning an item & why & if this meets our rules we will supply you with the return address.

Please Note

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings, unless they are faulty.

BUYER MUST PAY THE RETURN POSTAGE

Exchanges & Charges

We can exchange your order if you would prefer a different colour or size, as long as the item in question is in stock

Our returns policy complies with The Distance Selling Regulations.

In the case of exchanges a re-delivery charge at our standard rate will apply. We will, of course, refund delivery charges if there has been an error on our part or if the item received is faulty.

Faulty Items

Products are 100% handmade by artisans around the globe under Fair Trade. Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, there may be minor flaws & imperfections, which we believe are characteristics of the processes and add to the beauty and individuality of the items. Unfortunately manufacturing faults can occasionally occur, so if you believe an item to be faulty or it is not the item you have ordered we are happy to offer a full refund once we have received and inspected the returned goods. Please notify us within 4 working days if you believe the item you have received to be faulty.

Cancellations

If you have a change of mind and wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your goods have not already been dispatched we will cancel your order and process a refund. In cases where the order has already been dispatched you will need to return the goods to us in order that we can process a refund. The cost of delivery will not be refunded in this instance.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

We post only by signed for postage & cannot accept responsibility for any items lost if they have been signed for at the recipitents end.

Damaged in transit items shall be refunded to you.

We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate (free at your post office) be obtained when returning any item.
